I went ahead and chose these articles for this week’s post assignment for a variety of reasons. All of the below articles pertain to the benefits of exercise both from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the National Institute of Health. Having the knowledge of the number of benefits that come from exercise can help promote healthier lifestyles everywhere. Simply doing small workouts each week when starting off can reduce cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity and so many more. It can also benefit emotional health, such as depression and anxiety.
