LET’S GET MOVING Course

The following is the Groundwork of my local CAM Practice course that I will teaching to a group of applicable people. When it comes to ethics with any Complimentary and Alternative Medicine practice, you must first consult your physician. Since this alternative to conventional western medicine is based around physical activity, then we must ensure that the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire is filled out honestly, and that assessments are done accordingly. I cannot cure, diagnose, or eliminate any health problems you may have. All I can do is teach you how to workout, and work towards a better version of yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically.
